Since it's debut in 1983, "A Christmas Story" has become an American Classic. Jean Shepard's wonderful memoir of growing up in the Midwest of the 1940's just seemed to totally capture the feeling that all kids instinctively know and every adult loves to remember -- Christmas, lovely, beautiful, glorious Christmas! Each year, I look forward to watching "A Christmas Story" again and re-living those wonderful Christmases past, just as I'm sure many of you do. When I discovered the movie was available as a stage play, I knew I had to be a part of it. Thanks to CCS for giving me the opportunity to make this dream come true. I give special thanks to the people who will bring this story to life for you -- my cast. As you will discover, they are extraordinary!
