“Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.”
The setting is the 1850s Oregon wilderness where the oldest of 7 brothers goes to town to find a wife. He meets Milly who is swept off her feet by the mountain man and agrees to marry him on the spot. She soon discovers, however, that she has not only gained a husband, but six brothers to cook and clean for. Milly soon takes over, teaching the brothers etiquette and turning the boys into gentlemen, with an eye to marrying them off as quickly as possible. So the six brothers too begin a quest for wives.
