As a career educator of 17 years I’ve enjoyed involving drama & music within the walls of my classrooms. Most of my theatrical experience took place throughout my high school years. I’ve enjoyed roles in productions including; “Chicken Every Sunday,” “Berkley Square,” a summer melodrama program, and musical performances in “The Witness,” “Story Tellin’ Man,” “Sunshine and Snowflakes,” as well as numerous improvisational and mime troupes. Steel Magnolias marks my inaugural performance with Clinton County Showcase. Here’s hoping it is the first of many! In my spare time, I enjoy regional theater, travel, and scrap-booking. My husband John and I reside here in Breese, in a registered Historical Landmark home of Clinton County. I’d like to dedicate this performance to my mother, LeEtta Beers, the strongest woman I’ve known throughout my life. Mom, I treasure you.
