Rob O. needs to have the info for the program for Crazy For You to go to print. ( this includes stuff from Lori and stuff from fundraiser people to include in the program )

Trailer being moved to the park - Deb needs help at Strat-O-Span to hook up and someone to follow her . All need to be at park to help unload chairs to put on the cement pad behind stage right and to empty the basement of the sound/light equipment and put in the now empty trailer. I believe 6:30 was mentioned as the time. Parents will also help is sitting in the park.

Crazy for You tech set up hanging lights and preparing for sound. Should be easier as the stage is hardwired!!! Need to get scaffolding and all the rest of the tech stuff from the theater and Klostermann's. 9:00 am start is fine with me. ALSO - Beauty and the Beast would like to start working on their float for the parade that day. They have stuff and ideas. With man power we can put up the tents also that day. Will need trucks and cars to pick up tech stuff from other locations.
