Steve called the meeting to order at 7:30
Minutes Accept minutes with one correction
Treasurers Report with new mail concerning donation from Monsanto. Change to
anonymous employee donation striking name of employee from minutes. Motion by
Dustin, second by Jenny.
Treasurers Report Additional bills - $451.02 for Patsy Cline costumes. Donations - $500 from State Farm.
Correspondence thank you from Stan Feldmann family.
Production Committee Always, Patsy Cline status going
well, need(ed) juke box, pedal steel player and drummer. For tickets will need
to send a % of box office receipts for each weekend. Will recheck contract and
see specifics on what needs to be sent. Easter Chorale April 22, will check
St. Rose for location. Gala April 29.
2007-2008 Season first voted on season w/o August show.

Charlie Huelsmann Apr. 4-6, 11-13. Mike made motion to vote on season w/o
August show. Patrick second. Season passed. After Leah Klostermann read letter
from Chris Wiebler and Lynn Venhaus spoke board members voted on Aug. show and
West Side Story passed by a vote of 5-3. WSS will be directed by Lynn Venhaus
and will be Aug. 2-5
Executive Director next month is nomination meeting. Up for election are
Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, Treasurer, Secretary,
Publicity, Production and Membership. Will have election committee of Jenny,
Roger and Deb (because their positions are not up for election) to take
nominations confidentially.
Building Committee Renovation plans Matt Ahtmer
addressed those in attendance and handed out plans for renovations. Front of
house and booth will remain. Rest of building will be demolished. West wall will
be moved out 5 feet. Handicapped door and seating will be in place of where
office is currently. 2 levels will be built behind the stage for storage and
dressing rooms. Stained concrete for flooring from stage to lobby. Drainage
system will tie into the storm sewer. Rachel and Mike expressed concerns over
the amount of space above the stage. No vote was taken on renovation plans.
Instead plans will be revised with more space above stage and building committee
meeting will take place at a later date.
Production Support Deb made motion to purchase tents for at the park, Patrick
second. Did not vote on new lights. Can we add to building renovation financing
the amount for new lights?

Publicity Committee No report.
Membership Committee Glenn is working on show
sponsorship plans. Dustin will set up to sell season tickets at Patsy Cline.
New Business Lynne H. asked if it would be ok for
Clinton County Quilters to sell quilt raffle tickets at YM. They would supply
their own manpower and tickets. Board okayed.
Jenny moved to adjourn, second by Betty.
