CLINTON COUNTY SHOWCASE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CLINTON COUNTY SHOWCASE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
August 10, 2009
The following were in attendance; Board Officers Dustin McSparin, Angie Hammel, Jill Klostermann, Paul Klosterman, Pat Kreher, Rob Otrembiak, Lois Kellermann, and Charlie Huelsmann.
I. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 6:30 by Executive Director Dustin McSparin Dustin McSparin gives up chair to Jill Klostermann
II. New Committee Dustin makes a motion: I move that a committee be formed to review the changes made to the season ticket price and that any recommended changes be brought before the board at the regular August meeting. The chair of the committee is to be Deanna Ratermann. Two board members, Charlie Huelsmann and Angie Hammel along with 3 CCS members (non-board) to serve on the committee. One selected by each of the other committee members. Second by Pat Kreher 5 in favor, 1 opposed, motion carried
Jill Klostermann gives chair back to Dustin McSparin
III. Release of Funds Pat makes a motion to release $6500 for building upgrades. Second by Jill Klostermann All in favor, motion passed
IV. Adjourn Jill Klostermann makes a motion to adjourn Second by Rob Otrembiak All in favor, motion carried

Clinton County Showcase is a non-profit community arts group (Breese, Illinois) dedicated to promoting art, music, and theatre events. Our goal is to provide a creative artistic outlet for our youth as well as adults. To that end we have established the following Scholarships to be presented annually. |
